In this essay, I'll reveal the secrets to setting effective goals that will ensure your success. I hope you can incorporate it into your own goal-setting process. and wishing you success in all of your endeavours.
So, what exactly is a goal? In past issues, I discussed quantum production and manifestation extensively. You already know that the cosmos will always obey your command, taking your command and transforming it into exactly what you desire. You are constantly producing, whether you realise it or not; the only difference is that some of your inventions are unconscious and some are aware. Unfortunately, the majority of our unconscious creations are not what we genuinely desire, and as a result, we are always producing what we don't desire, leading to a miserable existence. A aim is something that aids in the transformation of unconscious creation into conscious creation. A goal is a conscious order or command that you put out to the universe, and as a result, you will receive what you consciously desire, and eventually, the ideal life that you like living.
The goal-setting method is designed to help you get clear on what you genuinely want and to transform your unconscious objectives into conscious goals so that you may literally design your own life and have complete control over it.
You've probably heard a lot about goal-setting and tried a variety of different goal-setting programmes. However, the majority of them fail because of your own views and thinking, not because of the programmes themselves. I can tell you that any goal-setting programme, even the most basic one, works. You can achieve your goals simply by writing them down. Why do some people get amazing outcomes from goal-setting workshops while others get little or no results? This brings us to the topic of today's post: what makes a goal effective?
What makes an aim successful?
First and foremost, your objectives must be in line with your larger purpose. I think that we all have a mission in life that has been pre-determined even before we were born. Do you have a specific gift, something you enjoy doing and can do with ease, but others find difficult? Do you ever discover that there is anything you enjoy doing so much that the rest of the world vanishes and all that remains is you and what you're doing? You are on purpose at those times. You feel joy and happiness when you are in tune with your purpose. The only way to assure that you not only reach your objective, but also enjoy the process, is for your most effective aim to be in sync with your purpose. The The process becomes pleasurable, and you experience a sense of accomplishment. Yes, you can achieve your goals without being in tune with your purpose, but even if you have all the accomplishments, you will never feel successful. The simplest way to discover your purpose is to consider what you are good at and what you enjoy doing. If you can't find it on your own, ask your parents, friends, and family members. Everyone has a unique gift, which is why you came to this world.
Second, your objectives must be beneficial to the rest of the world. I'm not trying to make myself look good, but unless your aims benefit others, you won't find someone to collaborate with you, and the universe will not work in your favour. A self-serving purpose will never succeed. As you can see from the world's most successful people, they all had a mission to improve the lives of others and to assist the world become a better place. What a difference the computer has made in our lives. As a result, Bill Gates has become the world's richest man. The more value your objective provides to others, the more value it generates and the more achievable it becomes.
Thirdly, your objectives must be backed up by your own inner beliefs. Have you ever established a goal and worked hard to achieve it, only to have something happen at the last minute that shattered everything, causing your ambitions to vanish and you to return to your comfortable zone? I had this kind of experience and didn't comprehend why until I realised I was harbouring certain subconscious ideas that were at odds with my objectives. That means my conscious mind desired something, but my subconscious mind did not. Your contradictory subconscious ideas can build negative blockages that are incredibly difficult to dissolve, which is why a basic chore can grow so large in your mind that you fear taking action. A good aim should be in line with your present subconscious ideas. You can change your beliefs over time as a result of your experiences and the books you read, but you can never attain anything greater than your current beliefs. You don't establish a goal of making $1 million per month if your conviction is that you can only make $1000 per month. Set a goal that your subconscious mind can believe in. Once you've done $1000 over and over, and you're comfortable with it, your subconscious mind will begin to believe in the possibility of making $10,0000 per month, and your goals will grow bigger and bigger from there.
How can you tell if your subconscious beliefs support your aim or not? Dr. Robert Anthony, the famed peak performance guru, taught me a simple test. The test is simple: on a blank sheet of paper, draw a vertical line and write Yes on one side and No on the other. Make a pendulum out of a piece of string by tying something at one end and holding it directly above the vertical line. Pose the question to yourself, "Can I reach the goal of..." Your pendulum will swing to the yes side if your subconscious mind believes it is conceivable, and to the no side if it does not. I just want you to be aware that your subconscious mind and your conscious mind do not always agree. This test should only be used as a guide; don't put too much faith in the results because they won't be 100% accurate if you only use it once or twice. In his audio programme "Know How to Be Rich," Dr. Robert Anthony goes into great detail about the conscious and subconscious contradictions. His deep understanding of the human mind and universal laws astounds me.
Fourth, objectives must be precise. As I previously stated, your purpose was the command you sent to the universe, so the universe must grasp exactly what you intend in order to carry out your demand. "I want more money" is a want rather than a goal. If you simply say, "I want more money," the universe will have no idea what you want. If you say, "I want more money," the universe will respond, "OK, you want more money, here is one cent, take it." Because you want more money, one cent more is the same as one dollar more. If you don't tell the universe exactly what you want, it won't know how to provide it to you. "I plan to manifest $10,000 dollars by January 31, 2023," is an example of a real goal. I intend to start my business on March 1, 2023′′. Don't perplex the cosmos with a hazy purpose. If you ask for anything specific, the universe will respond with that specific result.
The fifth component of an effective goal is that it must be enticing enough to elicit emotional responses every time you think about it. Emotion leads to motivation, which leads to action, and action leads to results. The quality of your feeling determines how much of a result you obtain. Beneficial emotions produce positive outcomes, whereas negative emotions produce negative outcomes. Positive emotion, from a scientific standpoint, emits favourable vibrations, which attract positive consequences with the same vibration frequency. You are creating the same effects as you feel, so be careful how you feel.
I hope that this post has given you some ideas on how to create an effective goal, and that you will consider tweaking your objectives to make them more effective. I hope you achieve all of your objectives.
